/01Who reads the first email?
Arun (CTO & Director) reads every first email. No BDR filter, no auto-responder. You'll get a written reply — usually within 24 hours — that references something specific from what you sent.
/02Do I need to have specs or a brief?
No. Two sentences about the problem is enough to know if we're a fit. We'll figure out if you need specs during the discovery call — often you don't.
/03What if we're tiny / just exploring?
Say so. We'll have a conversation and be honest about whether we can help now or if you'd be better served by something lighter. We've said "you don't need us" 11 times in 2024.
/04Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. Reply to our first email saying "NDA first" and we'll send ours. Ours is mutual, plain-language, and doesn't lock you into anything beyond not discussing the conversation.
