Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled across Leadbig's services, including software development, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI automation, SEO, digital marketing, and all related services.

This policy applies to all client engagements unless a signed project agreement explicitly states otherwise, in which case the agreement takes precedence.

Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel within 48 hours of making your advance payment, and before any work has started, you will receive a full refund of the advance minus a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellation after work has begun

Once work has started, there is no refund for work already completed and delivered — this includes design mockups, written code, strategy documents, and any other delivered artifacts. Any remaining advance, after deducting the cost of work already done, may be refunded at Leadbig's discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation at milestone stage

Payment made for a milestone that has been completed and delivered is non-refundable. Work in progress at the time of cancellation will be billed proportionally, based on the percentage of that milestone completed.

In all cases, you will receive all completed work and assets you have paid for up to the point of cancellation.

Monthly retainer services

Ongoing retainers (social media management, content marketing, and similar recurring services) can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. There is no refund for the current billing month; cancellation takes effect from the start of the next billing cycle.

Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Ad budgets already spent on live campaigns are non-refundable, as these amounts are paid directly to Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms on your behalf. Management fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once campaign work has started.

SEO services

SEO results take time to materialize and depend on factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithm changes. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund based on ranking outcomes or timeline. Ongoing SEO retainers require 30 days' notice to cancel.

One-time marketing projects

One-time marketing projects — such as brand identity packages or content packages — follow the same cancellation terms as project-based services described above.

• Before any work starts: full refund of the advance, minus a 10% administrative fee.
• After initial concepts have been delivered: non-refundable.
• Revision rounds already used are considered delivered work and are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation or refund:

• Email contact@leadbig.in with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Your Project Name]."
• Include your name, company, project details, the reason for cancellation, and the date of your original payment.

Once we receive your request:

• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
• We will communicate our refund decision within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days, to your original payment method.

All refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

• Work that has already been delivered and approved by you.
• Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — including domain registration, hosting setup, stock assets, ad spend, and plugin or software licenses.
• Delays or dissatisfaction caused by your own failure to provide timely feedback, content, or access needed to complete the work.
• A change of mind after a project is already underway.
• Services cancelled after a 30-day retainer period has already begun.

• You may pause a project once, for up to 30 days, at no additional charge, with 7 days' notice.
• Projects paused beyond 30 days may incur a restart fee to cover re-onboarding and schedule realignment.
• Repeated pause requests on the same project may be treated as a cancellation and handled under the relevant section above.

If you are unsatisfied with delivered work, we will work with you in good faith to understand and resolve the issue. Concerns about a specific milestone must be raised within 7 days of its delivery.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably through direct discussion, it will be subject to arbitration under Indian law. The courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not resolved through arbitration.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice. Continued engagement of our Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
