We started in 2012 because we were tired of agencies that promised the world and delivered a WordPress site. The best developers were working in offshore centres for US clients, while Indian businesses — most of them outside the metros — were getting yesterday's tech at tomorrow's prices.
So we opened a small studio in Salem, Tamil Nadu. Two developers, one laptop. The idea was simple: build the same quality of software for a Tier-2 Indian manufacturer as we would for a Fortune 500 subsidiary. Because the manufacturer deserves it — and usually needs it more.
Twelve years later, that's still the idea. 40 people. Three cities. 150+ clients across six countries. We've grown enough to take on Series A SaaS products and enterprise ERPs; we've stayed small enough that one of the co-founders personally signs off on every delivery.

Ship on time
Since 2022, zero missed milestones. It's a public number and we protect it — fixed estimates force better estimating.
Say no when needed
We've turned down 11 projects in 2024. If you don't need us, we'd rather tell you than take the money.
Senior code reviews
Every line ships through a senior engineer. Juniors learn fast. Bugs don't leak to production.
Stay for years
Most clients are with us 3+ years. We build as if we'll still be operating it next decade — because usually we are.
Boring stacks
We pick tech that will still be maintained in 2030. Not tech that's hot this quarter. Founders thank us in year three.
Hand-written answers
No BDR auto-responders. First email to us goes through Arun's desk. If it took five minutes to write, someone read it.
